Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services mean full or partial outsourcing of the recruitment process for permanent employees to a recruitment provider.
Suppliers refer to partnerships and companies (including sole traders), and atypical workers such as independent contractors and freelance workers, who provide services to FinRisk Square. In certain circumstances, FinRisk Square will sub-contract the services it provides to Clients to third-party suppliers who perform services on FinRisk Square’s behalf.

If necessary and under local laws and procedures, we will also gather information about your health, diversity, and criminal convictions.
Prospective candidate data:

Temporary worker data:
If we employ or engage you directly as a Temporary Worker, we must process additional information (beyond that received from Candidates) to guarantee a seamless Temp Relationship. We only collect essential information, such as employee identification numbers or other identifiers, start dates, bank account information, and past compensation, pension, and benefit arrangements. Where appropriate and in accordance with local laws and requirements, we may also collect, by inference, information related to trading union membership, sexual orientation, and child care or carer arrangements when you provide information about salary deductions for trade union membership or childcare vouchers or information about your emergency contact.
Client data:
If you are a FinRisk Square Client, we need to collect and use information about you, or individuals at your organization, in the course of providing you or offering you services such as (i) finding Candidates who are the right fit for you or your organization; (ii) providing you with a Managed Service Provider (« MSP ») program (or assisting another organization to do so); (iii) providing you with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (« RPO ») services (or assisting another organization to do so); (iv) providing services to your employees, such as training courses to teaching staff who work for our Clients, in the education sector and/or (v) notifying you of content published by FinRisk Square which is likely to be relevant and useful to you.
